- To administer the organizations scholarship program including, advertisement of scholarships and selection of scholarship recipients.
- To elevate the standing of the organization in the community by organizing community service projects that assist underprivileged persons or the community as a whole.
- To promote growth of the Association by recruiting new members through personal contacts and other available means.
